What is Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)?

The recruitment functions such as sourcing, assessment, interviewing, and sometimes new-hire administration and orientation within an organization is assigned to a group within HR. Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is a form of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) when an employer outsources or transfers all or part of the staffing process to an external service provider. A specialized RPO firm such as Recruiting Junction invests most efficient technology and processes to standardize recruiting process and platforms for workforce planning, applicant tracking, and workflow. Outsourcing recruitment functions to an RPO service provider tremendously enhances efficiency, cost, service, and speed of the recruitment process.

How does is it work?

The RPO service provider appoints a dedicated recruiter or recruiters based on the client’s requirements.
For example, if a company in US outsources its recruiting functions to Recruiting Junction, a dedicated recruiter or recruiters will be appointed in India to work on the client’s requirements. These recruiters will report directly to the client and to the account manager/senior recruiters at Recruiting Junction allowing evaluating the performance of the recruiters.

You are in India, what credibility factors can you offer clients in US and other countries?

Recruiting Junction is a 7-year-old company. We have many clients who are actively using and benefiting from our recruiting services. We are incorporated organization in the state of Florida and we would provide you with references if required.

What is Recruiting Junction’s background?

Recruiting Junction is a 7-year-old staffing company with its headquarters in Florida and three corporate offices in India. We have over 350 employees for various business models out of which 40+ employees work in our recruiting division.

How soon can recruiting Junction assign the recruiter on the projects once the agreement is signed?

Recruiting Junction will require 1 week’s time to assign the recruiters to the project. This allows us time to allocate the right recruiters, set up the infrastructure like IP phones with the desired area code and configure email with the client’s domain.

Is there minimum fixed contract duration, if a client wants to sign up an agreement?

Recruiting Junction appreciates if the client signs-up a minimum duration of 3 months to start. We believe in high quality service. Allowing time for the recruiter to get started and adapt to the client’s requirements would help both client and Recruiting Junction in the process. However, Recruiting Junction is flexible and would agree for monthly renewable agreement based on the client’s request.

If a client wants to pursue your services for period of 3 months and then again would like to continue the service after a h2 of time, does Recruiting Junction allow this?

Recruiting Junction is a flexible service provider and agrees to provide the service even after a h2 of time but would not promise to provide the same recruiter who worked for the client earlier. This is because the recruiter would have commenced working on a different project.

Does Recruiting Junction assign the dedicated recruiters to any other projects when they are already on a project with a client?

No, recruiters dedicated to one project will not work on different projects until the contract ends with the employer.
Our commitment is reiterated in our agreement document. It states: ‘Any information or resource provided by the client would not be used for any other purpose and would be returned back to the client at the time of termination of the agreement.’

What are your service levels?

Recruiting Junction promises a turn around time of 24 hrs for every new requirement with a minimum of 3 quality submittals.

How many placements does Recruiting Junction promise per month from each recruiter?

Placements often depend on the relationship of our client with the end client. We offer best resumes of candidates and would love to offer more than 2 placements from each recruiter a month.
